2. Click on the Submit Documents button to start the upload process.

4. Select the desired documents and click on the "Open" or "Upload" button, depending on your device.
5. Once the upload is complete, your documents will be securely submitted to our Google Drive folder.
6. Please note that the Google Drive folder assigned to your background investigation ensures the confidentiality and security of your documents.

However, the estimated length will be communicated to you by your investigator conducting the background interview.
Yes, you will need to have a copy of your completed Personal History Statement available to you either printed out or have access to a digital copy. It is recommended to have a stable internet connection, a working webcam, and a quiet environment to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted interview experience. You may also need to have any relevant information or references readily available on your computer for easy access during the interview.
