To send your documents, you can simply follow these steps:

1. Go to our website and locate the Submit Documents button. It is usually found on the homepage or in the navigation menu.

2. Click on the Submit Documents button to start the upload process.

3. A file selection window will appear, allowing you to browse your device for the documents you wish to send.

4. Select the desired documents and click on the "Open" or "Upload" button, depending on your device.

5. Once the upload is complete, your documents will be securely submitted to our Google Drive folder.

6. Please note that the Google Drive folder assigned to your background investigation ensures the confidentiality and security of your documents.

The timing for your background interview will be determined by your background investigator. They will advise you when it is time for you to schedule the interview.

The background interview will be conducted remotely over a Zoom meeting. You can schedule your interview by clicking on the provided Schedule Now link.

The duration of the Background Interview Zoom meeting may vary depending on the specific requirements and depth of the interview. Typically, these meetings last between 45 to 60 minutes. However, the estimated length will be communicated to you by your investigator conducting the background interview.

Yes. It is required that you have a copy of your Personal History Statement in either printed or digital form available for review. Kindly ensure that your internet connection is stable, your webcam functions properly, and you are in a secure environment to facilitate a smooth interview process. No additional persons are permitted in the room. Additionally, please have any relevant information readily accessible during the interview.
